Iron & Oak began as two chairs above a Madison Avenue bookshop and one stubborn belief: craft over volume. Seventeen years on, the lounge runs like a workshop — hot towels steaming, straight razors stropped, whiskey poured neat — and every man leaves with a cut that holds its line.
